Brownstone Stoop Renovation

OCTOBER 25, 2023

Infinity Construction NYC recently completed a challenging brownstone stoop restoration project that required a high level of compliance with the owner and neighbors. With a focus on quality and client satisfaction, our team successfully chipped off approximately 0.5 to 0.75 inches of the damaged outer layer of the stoop, which was cracked and water damaged.

To prevent future damage, a new and fresh coat of brownstone was applied, effectively waterproofing the stoop and restoring its appearance to like-new condition. All necessary permits were obtained and the project was carried out in full compliance with OSHA safety and regulations standards.

Waterproofing Roof

Waterproofing & Fire Escape Repainting

While working on this project, we were very careful on the process of our work. At first we sealed all the gaps in the windows, then we used the white thorocoat to seal the back wall carefully ny not damaging the windows. Later, we scrapped the rust and previos damaged paint of the Fire escape and repainted to the desired color of the client. thats how we waterproffed the back wall and painted fire escape. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired.

Brick Pointing

This project involved a lot of patience and perfection from our workers. We use vaccum-connected grinder machines to clean the gap between the bricks so we can have a dust-free work environment. this shows the quality of our workers and the stability of the work they do by not damaging a single brick in the process of this job. later we fill the gap with waterproof cement to seal the bricks from future water damage.
